Resolved

Between 17:10 UTC and 19:40 UTC, some actions were significantly delayed and may have appeared to be loading indefinitely due to an internal system failing. By 19:50 UTC, issue was resolved and the system recovered. The pending actions that were delayed have been processed, including the pending session reviews. We are also adding additional monitoring and alerting to detect this problem faster.
