Between 15:43 and 15:55 UTC, users were unable to access Penji. This incident was caused by DNS resolution issues at our cloud hosting provider, Heroku, which prevented our apps and websites from being able to connect to our servers. We monitored the incident with analytics from our CDN provider to identify when our users were impacted and when the issue was resolved.
